Jay Vogt has been walking his whole life — down wooded trails near Baltimore as a boy, across English moors in the mist, through five hundred miles in northern Spain, and up alpine passes beside his grown daughter.
Jay divides his year between Concord, Massachusetts, and San Miguel de Allende, Mexico. He is the founder of Peoplesworth, a consulting practice for nonprofits and mission-driven organizations, and the author of three books on leadership and teams. His TEDx talk, “The Art of Facilitation: Changing the Way the World Meets,” was the most widely viewed video on the web about facilitation for over a decade.
“Welcome to the deeply purposeful and magical journey of walking with Jay Vogt. Hobgoblins, muses, mischievous pixies, and companions on the Camino will be your fellow travelers, and each is a door into a world that is there, waiting for each of us. I warn you: do not read this book unless you are ready to have your simple experience of placing one foot in front of the other completely and utterly destroyed.”
